Schale für Schale

Layer by Layer

Based on a social education project at a farm in Buchkirchen, Upper Austria, the documentary film deals with the question of the essence of work. Is work to be taken for granted or does it have to be learned? When and under which conditions is it efficient? In addition to the farm as a place where life and work merge, the film also focuses on the history and motivation of the farm owners.
