Director's Biography

Helen Esther Aschauer is a Cuban-Austrian director and choreographer who grew up in Linz. Her work has a strong background in dance and visual dramaturgy and moves between documentary and fiction, distinguished by a precise visual language and a strong socio-political sensitivity. Leonor Patrocínio is a Portuguese film director and visual artist whose work moves between cinema, music, and fashion. Through a sensitive and contemporary aesthetic, she explores themes of intimacy, emotion, and corporeality.
