Oliver Hangls Musikvideo twotiming erinnert zunächst an stereoskopische Fotoplatten: Hangl setzt zum Track von mika zwei bewegte Bilder nebeneinander auf die Leinwand, die allerdings nur scheinbar identisch sind. Wir sehen eine Serie von Performances. Das Setting die Handlungsweisen und die Statisterie sind jeweils gleich. Doch der Hauptakteur ist nicht der selbe. Der jeweilige Performer bringt also von Anfang an kleine Abweichungen und Asynchronitäten in das sympathische Spiel mit Posen, Popkultur- und Videoclip-Sujets. (Isabella Reicher)

Oliver Hangl‘s music video twowiming is reminescent of stereoscopic cards: Hangl juxtaposed two sets of moving images on a screen to accompany a track by mika. The scenes, showing a series of performances, are only seemingly identical. The setting, the actions and the extras are the same in both, but the main character is different. The performers introduce minor deviations and asynchronities to the pleasant game with poses and subject common to pop culture and video clips, an imperfect duet of two determined amateurs who sing, dance, or are just tired.
