Von brüchigen Sounds begleitet ziehen Wolken als eiliger Schwarm über Kuppen. Hinter Fenstern blinken Lichter wie Morsezeichen. Gondeln zischen wie Flugobjekte vorüber. Menschen stehen Phantomen gleich im Schnee. Der Mond steigt, glüht, stürzt, verschwindet und geht doch immer wieder auf. (Isabella Reicher)
NightStill was filmed over the course of two winters on the Dachstein mountain. While the massif appears to be twice as static, the movements gain in dynamics and transience: accompanied by broken sounds, clouds drift over the mountain tops like a hasty swarm. (...)
