Dietmar Brehm widmet sich hier einer beschleunigten Abfilmung eigenen Materials. Er verwendet Bilder, die in der Tradition des Stilllebens stehen und diese ironisch brechen, kombiniert sie mit Footage, das er in früheren Arbeiten schon verwendet hat, und reiht sie wie Gedankensplitter aneinander. Brehm here examines his own film oeuvre, not for the purpose of seeing what he has achieved, but in the interests of casually increasing its intensity. All hope for calm is disappointed, because Brehm has applied the principle of the mental foray to his own film, which he shoots with his camera, speeds up, turns around, and makes absorb itself.
