You can purchase the Crossing Europe Festival Pass from 22 April, 17:00, in our online ticketing or at the Moviemento box office, from 30 April also at City-Kino and Central. All other ticket information can be found on our website.

ACTIVATE FESTIVALPASS
► If you have purchased your festival pass online: Please pick up your physical festival pass at the Moviemento box office. Your movie ticket is only valid in combination with the physical festival pass!
► If you bought your festival pass at the box office: Please link your Festival Pass to an online account in Crossing Europe Online Ticketing by entering the Festival Pass code.
Please note: The account will then become a Festival Pass account with which you can reserve your tickets. Your account will become a festival pass account from activation until the end of the festival and can only be used to reserve festival pass tickets during this period.
TICKET RESERVATION
► Online via your Festival Pass account or at the box office.
► From the time your Festival Pass is activated, you can reserve 1 ticket per screening for the entire festival period.
► If you wish to attend a screening, you must reserve a ticket online by selecting the desired program, logging into the ticketing system (ticketing.crossingeurope.at), selecting a seat in the desired performance and reserving a ticket.
► ATTENTION: You must confirm your ticket reservation online in your ticketing account 180 to 20 minutes before the start of the screening, otherwise the reservation will expire! You will then receive your ticket by e-mail as a PDF, valid for admission to the venue. The ticket reserved online can also be collected at the box office (180 at the latest 20 minutes before the start of the screening).
► NOTE: Ticket sales and the issue of tickets at the Moviemento box office are prioritized. Therefore, there may be longer waiting times if you wish to reserve your Festival Pass tickets at the box office.
Tickets reserved directly at the box office can only be collected physically at the box office.
NOTES
The festival pass includes: Pass, lanyard and festival bag. It also entitles you to use the Priority Line on the Nightline. Please note that festival pass tickets are only valid in combination with your festival pass and a valid photo ID.
The festival pass is non-transferable and only valid in conjunction with a current photo ID - therefore no photo is required for the pass.
The festival pass is not an admission ticket and does not guarantee a seat. We assume no liability for reserved or canceled screenings. There is no entitlement to tickets for specific screenings or to a specific total number of tickets.
By purchasing a festival pass or attending a Crossing Europe event, you agree to the festival's Code of Conduct.
