Budget Rebellion (A Clandestine Workers Tale)
Based on their miserable working conditions, clandestine workers in Vienna are commissioned to perform subversive and resistant acts of protest. This protest, however, is at the same time part of the system it is rebelling against.
Michael Heindl, b. 1988 in Linz, lives and works in Vienna and Scharten. His engagement in the possibilities of art in public space is at the center of films like “Tree” (2013, CE’14).
