Ana Gläser trained and shaped her body to the extreme for years until she achieved an achievement as historic as it was singular: becoming a pioneer of women's bodybuilding in Portugal. Today, over 50 years old, with a career with numerous awards and competitions along the way and a family of her own, Ana unfolds her life story as she opens up the intimacy of her home. Inês Gil's film is a portrait of a woman, but it is also an exploration of the autonomy of bodies, beauty, the feminine, mandates and the consequences of choosing to live against the norm.
