Etüde

An image can be translated directly into sound with the help of a film optical sound track. This approach of a synthetically generated sound leads back to the early film avant-garde. ETÜDE is a digitally manipulated miniature approximating the currents of "absolute film", which was considered "music for the eyes".

Director's Biography

Siegfried A. Fruhauf, geb. 1976 in Grieskirchen. Studierte experimentelle visuelle Gestaltung an der Kunstuniversität Linz.
