In their mid-twenties and already at the center of power: Marc Bauder accompanies four graduates from the „European Business School“ an elite business university, along their first steps in professional life. Working as consultants for top companies, they are permanently traveling or at seminars, and they are always accustomed to working overtime. Little time is left for a critical reflection on what they are doing. What counts is an unconditional identification with the company philosophy, which does not leave their private life untouched either. Bauder shows flexible young people, who have learned very early to move smoothly through corporate glass interiors and hotel lobbies.
