A Plan for Paradise

Finnish architect Pekka Helin undertakes the ambitious task of designing a new city in Nepal for 600,000 people. In the twilight of his career, Helin aspires to create something unprecedented – a city blending tradition with modern styles, featuring green spaces, sustainable energy, and quality housing. However, as the project unfolds, cultural conflicts arise between the Finnish architects and Nepalese locals, highlighting the clash between Western dreams and the reality of a developing Asian nation.
